After the announcement Fortress night The Marvel-themed “Absolute Doomsday” season officially kicked off last weekend at Epic Games fort night Season 4 Chapter 5 shared a series of details about what to expect when you land on the island in Battle Royale. Spoiler: There’s a lot of Doctor Doom.
As mentioned before, the Absolute Doom battle pass will feature a variety of heroes and villains you can gain access to, such as War Machine, Gwen Poole, and of course Doctor Doom himself. (In time!) But Battle Royale Island will also have apocalyptic-themed locations, and you can visit the town of Doomstadt and the Castle of Doom, where you can find the Arcane Gauntlet of Doom to use as a weapon. Doom’s gauntlet isn’t the only Marvel-themed weapon available, though. You can also find Captain America’s shield, which is being downloaded from endgame– 2019 theme mode.
This is actually Fortress night second Marvel-themed seasons; the last one launched in August 2020, its battle pass included characters such as Iron Man, Storm, and another version of Doctor Doom. If you didn’t get the outfits in that battle pass, Epic won’t offer them again, but thankfully, Epic is changing that policy starting with the Absolute Doom pass.
