We continue to add value to the overall digital experience for our customers. Our partners AirConsole and Mattel are helping to turn in-car gaming into a new social experience, and I’m excited to support this exciting innovation with family favorites like UNO.
“UNO perfectly demonstrates the benefits of AirConsole, a game for everyone, custom integration with automotive hardware and our mobile-controlled gaming experience,” said Anthony Cliquot, CEO of AirConsole. You can secretly see your cards on your phone while playing games on the car’s infotainment system. This experience is not possible using only the touch screen or Bluetooth control on the infotainment system.
“UNO is perfect for in-car gaming because it is highly engaging and brings people together,” said Erika Winterholler, director of digital gaming business development at Mattel. “Its simple rules are easy to learn and endlessly engaging, perfect for short pit stops and long gaming sessions. The social nature of UNO turns every journey into a fun experience, and we’re excited to partner with BMW and AirConsole Partners are bringing this spirit to consumers in innovative ways.
Consumers can play UNO Car Party! Available in more than 500,000 BMW and MINI vehicles via AirConsole since August 21st.
