Spoilers ahead for Deadpool and Wolverine.
“Deadpool and Wolverine” is filled with a lot of big and surprising cameos, but the most surprising of them all may have made the actor sick to his stomach.
While most multiverse variants have a heavy presence of Deadpool in their extended runtime, there are also some parallel universe Wolverines to see. Most notably, one played by Superman himself, Henry Cavill. Considering he’s (or was) the star of Man of Steel, not to mention his other work, he’s obviously a big surprise. It really sounds like Cavill should have said “hey, can I buy a fake cigar here,” but I’m sure this sickness will be over soon anyway. “Deadpool and Wolverine” will enter its third weekend this week and is currently on track to exceed $1 billion at the box office. This is obviously good news for Kevin Feige, considering the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s struggles post-Endgame, but even without that, it’s already the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time, surpassing The previous world record holder was…well, Passion Christ’s.
