Masaki Aiba and Akio Otsuka Providing voices for characters in movies. While the series has featured human characters before, this will be the first to have voice lines. This is also Aiba’s first time dubbing for an animated film.
The story of the film begins with the appearance of the first high-tech Morka in the city of Mor, and the driver begins to ride the most advanced Morka driven by artificial intelligence. Potato and friends are involved in a chase between a mysterious organization and a Moka artificial intelligence named Canon, and are rescued by a talented driver. Potato discovered that the driver was looking for the missing Morka and thought of using Kanon’s artificial intelligence capabilities to help in the search.
