Headphones and gaming headsets are great, but for people who wear glasses, finding one that’s comfortable to wear while wearing them can be difficult. Thankfully, eyewear maker Zenni Opix’s new line of OptiFlex frames are designed to be worn with headphones, headsets, helmets and hats. Like all Zenni frames, OptiFlex glasses are extremely affordable, with frames starting at $26.
Launched at Evo 2024, Zenni’s Optiflex eyewear range is made from ultra-flexible, lightweight ULTEM material. This shape is designed for limited contact points on the head, minimizing pressure and discomfort on the ears and temples, especially when wearing headphones and other headwear. The material is also non-slip so your glasses stay in place as you move around. They are also hypoallergenic, heat, chemical and impact resistant.
OptiFlex frames are now available exclusively in the Zenni online store. Prices start at $26 per pair of frames, with a variety of customization options. There are 13 frame shapes and sizes to choose from, including rectangular, square, aviator, round and cat-eye – all available in children’s and adult sizes – each can be customized with multiple color options for a total of 120 styles.
OptiFlex eyewear also offers a variety of lens types, including prescription or non-prescription clear lenses, polarized sunglasses and exclusive Zenni lenses such as Blokz Blue Light Blocker and Light Adaptive EyeQLenz (which blocks UV, infrared and blue light) light. Lenses can be customized through laser etching and engraving. You can view OptiFlex and all available customization options on the Zenni website.
