Amazon is offering deep discounts on a variety of 8BitDo controllers during Prime Day 2024, including the most expensive products in the 8BitDo lineup. 8BitDo’s Wireless Arcade Stick for Xbox and PC is just $84 until tomorrow, July 17, or until Amazon runs out of stock. Both the white and black models are eligible for Amazon’s deal, which puts the 8-bit arcade stick at a 30% discount with a list price of $120. The Nintendo Switch (and PC) version costs $78.
Meanwhile, 8Bitdo’s Nintendo Switch and PC battle sticks are on sale for $78. The Switch version works wirelessly via Bluetooth and the included 2.4GHz adapter.
Aside from the platform-specific menu buttons and dials, the joysticks are nearly identical. Each controller comes with a joystick and eight surface buttons. The Switch version connects via Bluetooth, with 2.4GHz wireless connectivity via a dongle that plugs into a hidden USB port on the bottom of the controller and connects using the included USB-C cable. The Xbox version has wireless and wired connectivity, but no Bluetooth.

PC users can also write their own button macros using the free 8BitDo Ultimate software.
