Dolphin Entertainment’s subsidiary Powerhouse Public Relations 42West expands its leadership team by promoting and hiring a new vice president from within.
Jeffrey R. Epstein will join 42West’s Strategic Communications Division as Vice President. The company also promoted Jonah Keel, senior vice president, to executive vice president and Michael Rizzo, from director of accounts as vice president. Recruitment reflects 42West’s growth and commitment to strengthening its leadership team.

Epstein was formerly the vice president and vice president of corporate communications at Disney. He brings profound experience in public relations, strategic communication, media relations and industry knowledge.
In his new position, Epstein will use his deep public relations and strategic communication expertise to develop and execute innovative PR strategies for the 42West client lineup. He will work at the intersection of entertainment, technology, business, financial and social impacts, across a wide portfolio of industry sectors, providing crisis communication, reputation management and corporate messaging support. Epstein will work in his Los Angeles office.
Keel has a 25-year career in the entertainment industry and has launched successful campaigns in movies, TV, games and consumer products. He will lead a high impact strategy for 42West’s major clients. Prior to joining 42West, Keel worked at BHI, Click Click and THA/Allied agencies. He also worked in Disney’s Creative Marketing Assets division.
Rizzo has worked in the Fandoms & Cranchises department for six years. He joined 42West as an account manager and has campaigned on Mattel, Netflix and Funko while working on accounts such as Apple TV+, Archie Comics, Gkids, Lionsgate, Super7 and Toho.
