Before LEGO released the 5,201-piece Avengers Tower last holiday season, the largest LEGO Marvel building kit was the Hulkbuster from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Composed of 4,049 pieces, the Hulk Destroyer is a massive building in itself. The Hulkbuster suit will retail for a whopping $550 when it’s released. You can usually find it for closer to $400 these days, but right now you can add the Hulkbuster armor to your LEGO collection for $327 on Amazon and Target. This is just one of many notable LEGO Marvel deals at Target this week.
Yes, $327 is still pretty pricey, but at least the price per brick is lower than some other big Marvel sets, including the aforementioned Avengers Tower and the Daily Bugle from Spider-Man. With 3,772 pieces, the Daily Bugle is the third largest LEGO Marvel set, behind Hulkbuster. Spider-Man fans can purchase The Daily Bugle on Amazon for $322 (originally $350).
LEGO lists the Hulkbuster set as one of the hard-to-find sets, meaning all retailers have limited stock. The Hulkbuster Armor is available at the Lego Store for $385.

When you put all 4,049 parts together, you have a 20-inch mech that’s ready for battle (for shelf space). It features a glowing arc reactor and even has a functional cockpit designed specifically for the LEGO Articulated Iron Man action figure (381 pieces).
Like many LEGO sets for adults, it comes with an information plaque and a matching Tony Stark minifigure.
The Hulkbuster suit first appeared in the MCU’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and is an oversized last-resort suit used to fight the Raging Hulk if necessary. It was later used by Bruce Banner (aka the Hulk) in Avengers: Infinity War, when Bruce briefly lost the ability to transform into the hero’s alter ego.
If you don’t want to spend $327 on a LEGO set but still like Hulkbuster, you can buy a much smaller version for $50. If you think Hulkbuster needs a friend, 1,508-seat LEGO Optimus Prime set for $144 (originally $180). Optimus Prime is a really cool LEGO set because of his ability to transform from a mech into a truck, just like the star of Michael Bay’s over-the-top movie series.
