Paradise Island (top photo) has completed a $150 million renovation project, including updates to Royal 1,201 rooms and 120 suites, Atlantis Casino and new dining options. The resort features over 500,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces, including a conference center with a banquet hall and multiple breakthrough rooms. Atlantis is perfect for planners looking for large venues, and Atlantis’s all-suite bay provides a more intimate, more sophisticated atmosphere for the high-end motivational community.
2. Dream Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa / Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa
Michels, Dominican Republic

Coming soon, Secret Playa Esmeralda (Adult Only) and Dreams Playa Esmeralda (Family Friendly) are connected beachfront resorts that share dedicated meeting facilities. The venue includes a banquet hall that can accommodate 1,350 guests, dramatic style and six breakthrough rooms. Each resort has 500 rooms or suites, with access to a wide range of dining options and a complete resort.
3. FuneeqAmerican Fiesta
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
The all-inclusive Americana Funeeq Resort will open this summer and will be accepted into groups starting in October. The beachfront resort features 494 rooms and 10,000 square feet of event space, between a 9,400 square feet multi-purpose theater and two meeting rooms. Facilities include 10 restaurants, bars, water parks, bowling alleys and spas.
4. Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort and Spa
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa, which is scheduled to open in 2025, is the brand’s first property on the island. Located near Seven Mile Beach, this 382-room, 10-story resort will offer over 47,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, including a 10,000 square feet ballroom with a capacity of 1,100. The resort will offer six dining options, multiple pools, a fitness center and a 9,000-square-foot spa.

5. Indigo Hotel Grand Cayman
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Indigo Grand Cayman is located nearly 7 miles west of the island with beaches, coral sand and turquoise waters. Opened in May 2024, the resort features 282 rooms, a swimming pool, fitness center and four restaurants, one of which is a rooftop lounge with 180-degree views of the coastline. Meetings and events can be held in one of three customizable indoor event spaces as well as several outdoor decks and patios.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

La Concha Resort is undergoing a full renovation ahead of its transition to Marriott’s autographed collection in 2025. The resort features 478 rooms and suites, updated dining options and a new Oceanfront Spa. It offers multiple venues, including renovated meeting rooms and unique architectural spaces for group events. It is known for its vibrant atmosphere, including a casino, nightclub and a beachfront location.
7. Princess Perceives the Mangroves and Princess Greater Jamaica
Jamaica Green Island
The princess feels that the mangrove is an adult-only, all-inclusive resort that opened in November 2024 and is closely related to the Jamaican princess. They merged to offer 991 rooms and 14 pouring villas. These resorts share a conference center, which includes a banquet hall that can accommodate 1,185 guests and a 4,900 square foot rooftop terrace. Also available for participation in a 25,000 square foot private island. Conveniences include a swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa.

South Caicos, Turks and Caicos
Salterra is a luxury collection destination that opened in early March 2025 on the coast of South Caicos. The 100-room resort has five meeting spaces, including a banquet hall that can accommodate 300 guests, which is theatre-style. It offers private beach access, a fitness center, six dining options, a lagoon-like swimming pool and a large spa.
9. Regis Aruba Resort
Aruba Palm Beach
Opened in January 2025, St.Regis Aruba Resort has 252 rooms, including 52 suites, with direct access to the beach and sea views. The property has nearly 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor activity space, with the largest room in theatre style. Guests can enjoy the game at St. Regis Casino, six dining options and a variety of amenities, including the private cabin at Infinity Pools.

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

It is about to open, and the St Regis Hat Kana Resort has 200 rooms and 67 residences. For events, there are two ballrooms that can be subdivided, a board, an outdoor terrace and a marine deck. Guests can choose from 9 dining concepts and access to the spa, several pools, a fitness center, 16 acres of waterfront and a 7,396-yard Punta Espada golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
11. W Punta Cana, all inclusive for adults

W Punta Cana is the brand’s first all-inclusive hotel, an adult-only beachfront resort with 340 rooms. It offers 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 5,380 square feet banquet hall, six breakthrough rooms and a flexible interior venue. The design is modern and playful, with private pool options, spa, beachfront pool and rooftop space.
12. Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort
St. Philip, Barbados
All inclusive resorts at Barbados Sam Lords Castle are the largest resorts in Barbados, located in 422 rooms. It is the newest resort on the island and it also offers all-inclusive products. Located in the historic Sam Lord Castle estate overlooking the Caribbean Sea, it offers five indoor meeting rooms, including a grand ballroom that can accommodate 1,000 people.
13. Zemi Miches Punta Cana Cana All Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection in Hilton
Michels, Dominican Republic

Zemi Miches Punta Cana All Inclusive Resort will soon provide an all inclusive experience inspired by local Taino culture. It will feature 500 rooms and nearly 11,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a column-free banquet hall that can accommodate 1,030 guests in theatre style. The full acquisition (at least 350 rooms per night) includes exclusive use of six restaurants, six bars, four pools and theater.
