PS5 Pro There are more powerful components and new AI upgrade methods for better visuals, but the game needs to be updated to take advantage of all the features on the expensive new hardware. So far, Sony has confirmed that at least 13 games will feature better resolution, frame rates, or other improvements when the PS5 Pro launches on November 7.
Among them are Final Fantasy VII Reborna sprawling open-world role-playing game based on the PS5 from four years ago that sometimes looks gorgeous and sometimes underperforms. Publisher Square Enix has released some new screenshots taken on PS5 Pro, showcasing increased fidelity, lighting, and other details, but the real proof will be how smoothly it runs with these gorgeous effects.

Games that support features unique to PS5 Pro will have a “PS5 Pro Enhanced Edition” label on the box or on the PlayStation Store, along with Sony tells Science and Technology Information Network It has “around 40 to 50 games” that will get patches when the console launches. While most games will get improved visuals in 60fps mode, some games like Horizon Forbidden West Will run at 60fps in 4k mode while others like grand tour There will be an 8k resolution mode with ray tracing effects. We’ll likely see more games get PS5 Pro enhancements closer to hardware launch. Meanwhile, Cerny’s tech demo showed off several examples of how games could look better on new hardware, at least if Your eyes are good enough to spot the difference.
