1. Name Lodi
Praise, California
Lodi’s Wine & Roses Hotel will soon become the name for Lodi – a wine and rose-style resort and spa, the brand is the brand’s first operating property. It offers 7,000 square feet of event space on six venues, including a banquet hall that can accommodate 350 guests and 6,000 square feet of lawn sod. The property’s two iconic Charlie Palmer’s dining concepts align it with the brand’s vision to inject culinary art into every aspect of the guest experience.
2. AsherAdams
Salt Lake City, Utah
The train travel-themed Asher Adams Hotel opened in October 2024 and was inspired by Union Pacific Depot in Salt Lake City. It offers 225 rooms and 10,000 square feet of flexible activity space, and can accommodate 300 guests. It is centrally located with direct access to Delta Air Lines Center and Express Airport access as well as four dining options.
3. Black Desert Resort
Yves, Utah
The Black Desert Resort will end in spring 2025, among the black lava fields and red rock cliffs of Greater Zion in southern Utah. This 600-acre resort will offer nearly 800 rooms and suites, as well as 13 separate event spaces and four terraces. Amenities include seven dining options and a unique 19-hole golf course, the first of the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour Championships in Utah since 1963.
4. Gaylord Pacific Resort Convention Center
Chula Vista, CA
Planned to open in May 2025, the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Conference Center is a 1,600-room beachfront resort with nearly half a million square feet of conference space. It has four separate ballrooms, the largest of which can accommodate nearly 10,000 guests and doubles in the exhibition hall. It also offers 47 meeting rooms, 135,000 square feet of activity lawn and terrace, 10 dining options, a spa and views of the Pacific Ocean.
5. Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort (Convert)

After a $115 million renovation, Gainey Ranch’s Scottsdale Resort & Spa reopened in November 2024 to become the Scottsdale Grand Scottsdale Resort. The resort offers 90,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a newly expanded 24,000 square feet of Arizona banquet hall and 48 meeting rooms. The 496-room resort includes Casitas and Suites, F&B updates by Chef Richard Blais, a 2.5-acre pool area and refreshed spa Avania.
6. Del Coronado Hotel (Renewal)
San Diego, California
The Del Coronado Hotel, originally opened in 1888, will soon complete the final phase of its $550 million renovation. The property offers 757 rooms and over 96,000 square feet of activity space. The largest indoor meeting space at the hotel is the 15,130 square foot Southpointe Ballroom with a capacity of 1,500, theater-style. The hotel also offers several outdoor activity spaces, including one of the only private beaches in Southern California, as well as nine dining options.
7. Polaris Hotel

The North Star Hotel is located at the northern entrance to the U.S. Air Force Academy in the popular Pikes Peak area. This is the only hotel in the United States that offers live F-16 and 737 flight simulator experiences, making it popular in team building. The hotel has 375 rooms and offers 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including a large banquet hall with a capacity of 1,250 in theatre style. The hotel also offers six dining options, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center.
8. Cali Hotel and Roof, Signature Collection
Ingwood, CA
Expected to open in 2026 at Hollywood Park, the Cali Hotel and the rooftops, the signature series will be located next to Sofi Stadium and YouTube Theater and close to Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. The $300 million development will have an estimated 20,000 square feet of activity space, along with a wide range of dining options, fitness and wellness facilities, a spa, a swimming pool, a yoga deck and on-site parking for over 300 vehicles.
9. Meritage Collection Phoenix

Planned to open in 2026, this is the 236-room Meritage Collection Phoenix, located in the heart of Phoenix, close to the main transport center. There are estimated to be approximately 22,250 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, with the largest banquet hall holding up to 450 guests, i.e. theatre-style. The hotel will also offer a full-service restaurant, a large spa, a fitness center, as well as a rooftop bar and pool deck.
10. Large population
Denver, what
It is reportedly the first carbon-positive hotel in the United States, with 265 rooms offering two cooking options and five flexible meeting spaces that can accommodate 60 guests. The goal of a large population is to surpass zero to focus on regeneration. The building itself has a biocontent building and is built using low-carbon materials. The property has a tree every night, guests staying, serving food from regeneration, organic farmers and compost and 100% food waste on site.
11. Venice Resort Las Vegas Convention Center (renovated)
Las Vegas, Nevada
Venice Resort Las Vegas is undergoing a $1.5 billion renovation. This includes a $188 million refresh of its conference and event space, which was originally scheduled to open in phases in 2026. Refresh will include the evolution of current catering plans, including the use of organic ingredients, sustainable practices and food rescue programs. The resort already has plenty of activity space to collect the new 10,000 sq ft of talking style lounge.
