Binance recently tagged 10 tokens with a surveillance tag, suggesting that potential risks may be downgraded due to concerns about volatility, liquidity and regulatory compliance. Affected tokens include:
- Viberate
- LTO (LTO network)
- Wings (Wing Finance)
- Voxel (Voxel)
- PDA (PlayDapp)
- BSW (BISWAP)
- NKN (NKN)
- perp (permanent protocol)

Meanwhile, Binance removed the seed tag from 03 Highlight Token (Jup) (JUP), Starknet (Starknet (Strk) and Toncoin (Ton)). The move shows that these projects have met the exchange’s strict risk assessment criteria and are now considered more stable. The action comes after Binance’s recent measures, including the introduction of the “Vote for Delist” campaign, further exacerbating pressure on projects under-projects.

Coin price reaction negative reaction
The announcement of surveillance tags sparked a direct market reaction, with all 10 tags falling into an overwhelming red color.
Viberate Atmosphere The biggest drop was down within minutes after the news, down more than 40%.

Other tokens have also experienced huge losses, including wing,,,,, LTO,,,,, PDAand BSWall down 30%.
More resilient tokens see a sharp drop, as Voxel,,,,, perp,,,,, NKNand flm. Ardr (Ardor) is the only sign to experience 6% relatively mild.
The reason for the smaller impact of ARDR is that its larger market capitalization exceeds $50 million, making it the largest cost of tagged tokens. In comparison, other tokens have a market cap of less than $50 million, while VIB has a market cap of just $4 million, making it particularly vulnerable to market sentiment and fear.
About Binance Monitoring Tags
Binance uses monitoring tags to mark high-risk tokens with low liquidity, volatility or regulatory issues. These tokens face regular reviews, and the failed Binance standard may be recommended within 30 days. This reflects Binance’s focus on risk management and compliance, retaining only stable projects. For investors, labels warn of price volatility and potential demolition.
